European And MENA Players Can Now Hop Into Albion Online Without Having To Fight That Ping
A new server launched today.
If you’re a European or MENA gamer who’s been playing Albion Online and are sick of dealing with the ping from having to play in another region, we have some good news for you. Today, a server for the MMORPG has been introduced just for you. This is a shared server and the third server to be introduced for the game following the Americas and Asia.
Players wanting to hop on this server can now do so via PC or mobile, as the game is fully cross-platform, allowing players to play via PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, or Android using a single account. It’s also localized into fifteen languages.
All that said, if you are currently playing on the Americas or Asia servers and you want to move, you’re going to have to start over. The new Albion server will be an “untouched version of the game, where all players start as equals”. It’s separate from the existing servers. Those interested in playing on the new server can buy an Albion Europe Founder Pack, available in Dark and Light variants, which will offer exclusive vanity sets, Gold, Premium, and more.
